Saathi Association warmly invites the whole family for Free Yoga Session on International Yoga Day! —adults, men, women and children aged 7 and above, to a relaxing and revitalising Yoga Session on SUNDAY, 21st June 2026 at Lynbrook Community Centre . Yoga is a powerful way to improve physical health, reduce stress, and bring balance to mind and body. This session is perfect for all ages and fitness levels, with no prior experience needed!As part of our ongoing commitment to community wellbeing, Saathi Association is proud to host this free event in celebration of International Yoga Day.

NOTE:
1)What to bring: Just bring a yoga mat and a refillable water bottle (as we promote ‘Go Green’). Water refill stations will be available.
