Papalote Australia, tiene el gusto de presentar "Un Salto Atrás". Una obra venezolana, escrita por Leoncio Martínez (1922), que satiriza las costumbres y la hipocresía de la sociedad caraqueña de los años 1920s.
La trama gira en torno a una familia de clase media alta aspirante a escalar más posiciones sociales, que reacciona ante el nacimiento de un niño de color no esperado, hijo de una hija venezolana y un alemán, lo que pone de manifiesto las actitudes racistas y clasistas de la época.
