Take your game to the next level!NNBNC will be hosting a group agility and strength training session for all players aged 10-16, designed to improve and individuals speed and force production and creating power during play.
This type of specialised training is called PLYOMETRICS and helps improve how quickly a player can drive for a centre pass, how high they can jump for a rebound and how rapidly they can change direction on court.
This awesome one-hour session will be held in a safe environment with adult supervision and trained professionals.
