About

Saints Rugby Performance Camp is designed to set up our 2026 season. Having completed a pre-season block and two Term 1 trials, the 3 days of Camp allow us to install the full playbook, Attack & Defence systems and come together as teams. In short, it underpins the success of our season.

The majority of Camp will occur at Pittwater Rugby Park, with some activity (gym and some specialist lectures) at the College to start Days 1 & 3.
