Prohibition Food & Wine Located inside an original Old State Bank, Prohibition offers bright, seasonal dishes; cosy nooks inside, a relaxed beer garden outside; and a broad repertoire of drinks that set the mood. With a native finger lime mignonette and sea succulent.
Shao Xin Braised Duck Tacos
tortillas, Hoisin emulsion, coriander, and compressed seasonal plums.

Tender slow-cooked tongue with a vibrant spring onion and ginger ginger-scented emulsion.

Hand-folded pasta in a nutty Red Miso butter sauce, finished with toasted hazelnuts and crispy sage.
The Main Banquet: Land & Sea
A shared feast of premium proteins and seasonal greens
Pan-Seared Humpty Doo Barramundi
Accompanied by textures of zucchini, watercress, and a shaved fennel salad with crispy lotus root crisps.
Beef Rump Cap
Perfectly seared and served with an earthy porcini purée and a rich, velvet Bordelaise sauce.
Seaweed & Potato Gratinée
Layered potatoes infused with umami-rich kombu and baked until golden.
