About

Acro focused workshop for those wanting to go to that next level in a non competitive environment. Clean technique, powerful progressions and drills to get those skills. Coached by Miss Kayla. Limited spots!!

Dates: Wednesday 8th & Friday 17th April
Beginners: 3:00-4:00pm (5+ and NO skill requirement)
Intermediates: 4:00-5:30pm (must be able to demonstrate both back walkover & front handspring)
Advanced: 6:00-7:30pm (must be able to demonstrate both roundoff backflip & side aerial)
