If you’ve been wanting to start exercising but don’t know where to begin, this course is for you.

This is a small, supportive 4-week course designed for complete beginners, or anyone returning to movement after some time away. It’s a calm, welcoming space where you can learn the foundations of Pilates and build confidence in your body week by week.

Each session will guide you through simple, effective movements that focus on:
• improving mobility and flexibility
• building strength in a gentle, accessible way
• learning how to move with control and awareness
• feeling more comfortable and confident in your body

Rather than doing something completely new each week, we’ll build on the same foundational exercises, adding small layers over time so you can feel progress without feeling overwhelmed.

You don’t need to be fit or flexible to join — just willing to start.

The only equipment required is a yoga mat. Everything else will be supplied.

Spots are limited to keep the group small and supportive.
