The intention is to offer a 5Days 5Rhythms dance morning series to Amplify and deepen into the energy of RENEWAL through the lens of Love.

Each day we will focus on one aspect of our being
and one of the 5Rhythms through the lens of Love.

The intention is to deepen into the frequency and
experience of the healing and renewing power of love.
