We invite you to spend some time at the Moorebank Regional Distribution Centre to see our world-class automation in action and experience the sheer scale or this industry-leading facility.This interactive visit will provide a unique, behind-the-scenes look at how we optiimise our operations to ensure we remain at the forefront of Australian retail logistics.
It is a fantastic opportunity for you to see how your role within the Woolworths Group contributes to the heart of our supply chain and helps us deliver for our customers everyday.
Event Highlights:
- Gain valuable insights into the progress, layout and features of Moorebank RDC during your site tour.
- Understand how products will be efficiently handled by our automation systems.
- Learn about the critical delivery requirements that must be adhered to when suppliers deliver into the new DC.
- Trace the lifecycle of a product to show how Replenishment forecasting and Commercial partnerships directly drive the physical flow of goods through MoRDC.
Event Format:
Your session will run from 8.30am to 12.00pm onsite at Moorebank RDC.
Once you have booked your tour, you will receive a calendar invite including all details for arriving at the DC, including parking, PPE requirements and how to download the Woolworths visitor app so you can check into the site on arrival. After a site introductory information session and safety induction, the site tour will take approximately 90 minutes and does include several flights of stairs. Flat soled, enclosed shoes must be worn. A hi-vis vest will be provided to you on the day.
