The theme for our April Bottle Club is ‘Shiraz or Syrah’ - with 5 years minimum bottle age.Shiraz is Australia’s most prolific grape variety and it’s planted across all wine regions from the warmth of the Barossa Valley floor to the cool hills of Orange and even now in Tassie!
It’s ability to adapt to the various climates it is grown in is reflected in the varied styles of the wines. From cool climate elegance and spice to big black monsters that you could stand a spoon up in!
So, dig out of your cellar or seek out from your merchant, a premium Shiraz or Syrah and join with your friends and guests at the BC table for a wonderful luncheon and a celebration of one of our most iconic grape varieties.
