Schedule: Saturday 27^th June, Round 1: 9.30 Round 2: 11.45 Round 3: 14.00 Round 4: 16:15 Sunday 28^th June, Round 5: 9.30 Round 6: 11.45 Round 7: 14.00
Prize Giving: Sunday 28^th June, 16.15 or completion of last game
Rate of Play: 60 minutes plus 10 seconds from move one.
Sign In: Arrive from 8.30 am Day 1 Saturday 27^th June
Note: Some age groups may be required to be combined if there are insufficient numbers. Awarding of titles and trophies will be according to the ACF by-law
Byes: No half point byes are allowed. Players are expected to play all rounds.
Forfeit time: 30 minutes from the scheduled start

Fee: $80 plus admin fee

Age Divisions:
The 2026 Victorian Junior Championships will determine holders of the following titles:
Age-Group: The Open and Girls only tournaments will be separate tournaments.
• For girls, they can elect to play in the Girls only or open tournament but not both.
• For boys and girls, they can elect to play in an older age-group.
Divisions available:
Open U8 U10 U12 U14 U16 U18
Girls U8 U10 U12 U14 U16 U18

Age Divisions:
• Under-18 : Year of birth 2008 or after
• Under-16: Year of birth 2010 or after
• Under-14 : Year of birth 2012 or after
• Under-12 : Year of birth 2014 or after
• Under-10: Year of birth 2016 or after
• Under-8 : Year of birth 2018 or after
 

U8 & U10 Players must have a parent or guardian present at the venue who will be responsible for their child
Drop off by parents/ guardians (Day 1 from 8:30 am):
• Public Parking – enter from Snedden Drive
• Enter via Sneddon Drive car park
• Parents or visitors will be allowed in the building.
• Players will be told which room they will be allocated to play their 1st round game
• Parents can pick up the players at the end of each round

Refunds

Players withdrawing before Monday 22^nd June are entitled to a full refund, less processing fees. If a player withdraws after Wednesday 24^th June a 50% refund will be issued. Any player who withdraws on Saturday 27th forfeits their registration fee.
