I’ve been looking for the right room to bring this to for a while.On Thursday 23rd April, I’ll be hosting a one-night wine dinner at Zsa's Bar and Bistroteca, a venue I’ve been dying to approach for exactly this kind of experience.
This isn’t a standard pairing; this is a small, guided dinner, built around wines I don’t normally get to pour outside of private rooms. These are back-vintage releases, poured through exclusive cellar door access and featuring a line-up of vintages and pairings that quite literally can not be repeated.
Enjoy five incredible courses from the Zsa’s kitchen, each paired with a carefully selected wine from the famed cellars of Audrey Wilkinson, one of the oldest wineries in Australia, with a history that extends back to 1886.
No sales pitch, no theatrics, no over-explanation, just a room of people who love a food and wine experience that is genuinely considered.
