Meditation Workshop: Building a Sustainable Daily Practice
About
Meditation is something many of us are drawn to…yet for so many people it can feel difficult to access, hard to sustain, or like something we’re somehow “not good at.”
This workshop has been created to offer a more grounded, supportive and realistic way into practice.
Over 2 hours, we will explore some of the foundational elements that can help meditation become a more meaningful and sustainable part of everyday life — not as another thing to “achieve,” but as a place to return to.
This workshop draws from the framework and teachings that have deeply supported my own meditation practice, and is designed to feel accessible, nourishing, and practical.
What we’ll explore
✨ simple breath practices (pranayama) to help settle and prepare the mind
✨ mantra as a tool for focus, steadiness and inner awareness
✨ the foundations of a sustainable daily meditation practice
✨ how to create a rhythm of practice that feels supportive in real life
Who this is for
This workshop is suitable for:
• complete beginners
• anyone who feels like they “can’t meditate”
• those who have struggled to stay consistent with practice
• anyone wanting to reconnect with meditation in a deeper and more supported way
No prior experience is necessary.
A note on the style of practice:
This workshop will include guided meditation, breathwork, mantra, reflection and practical teaching.
While this is not an initiation into a traditional Himalayan meditation practice, it is inspired by the framework and principles that have supported my own path, and offers an accessible way to begin or deepen a home practice.
If you’ve been wanting to meditate but haven’t quite found your way in, this workshop may offer a gentle and supportive place to begin.
