21/4/26 Microscopy - Hunting for Tardigrades Ages 12 to 17

Ages 12 to 17.An afternoon of microscopy with the ultimate goal of finding a tardigrade (water bear!)
Some theory, mostly Hands-on Practical Workshop at the new Tiny Science Lab in Terrigal.
This is a drop-off event. However, this event is parent suitable, and so parents can take part is they purchase a ticket and email me their Working with children check prior to the event.
Workshop capped at 12 participants.
Students will need to bring:
1. A4 lined book.
2. Pens, Pencils, Ruler
3. Mobile phone if possible (to film microscopy findings)
4. Lunch and a drink (There will be a 20 minute lunch break and a 10 minute snack break)
All equipment and resources will be supplied.
