Designing Improvement Programs
About
A successful improvement program is rarely “something we just run”, it is fundamentally dependent onhow well the program is designed and how it is deployed into the workplace. When capability development
is designed and deployed well, it creates workplace vitality for employees and delivers stronger business
performance and economic results.
Designing Improvement Programs provides a simple, practical approach to implementing change at any
level. The course helps you build supporters for your change program, engage and mentor people on why
change is necessary, and introduce capability development management systems so change sticks.
The format combines self-paced online learning (completed prior to each session) with facilitated, peer
discussion sessions focused on key themes and how to apply them in real workplaces. The course runs
over six sessions, with sessions delivered online. Sessions are recorded and available via the Learning
Management System (LMS), along with key point charts and workbooks.
