The DeliverEASE training introduces staff to NSW Health’s medical consumable supply chain system, used for scanning clinical stock, managing storeroom inventory, and raising purchase orders. The program is designed for procurement, warehousing, and clinical staff who order, count, or receive consumables.Training is delivered through self paced My Health Learning modules and can also be provided face to face for NBH transition needs. It covers core workflows such as cycle counting, ordering via STARR, dashboard management, and storeroom processes. The aim is to ensure staff are confident in managing consumable stock levels and using DeliverEASE effectively ahead of system transition
