This introductory workshop provides a plain English overview of the Microsoft tools commonly used in the workplace.The session will cover the basics of navigating the Windows operating system, including understanding files, folders, and saving documents.
Participants will also be introduced to Microsoft Word, focusing on simple document creation such as business letters or resumes.
An introduction to Microsoft Excel will demonstrate how spreadsheets are commonly used, including basic layouts and examples such as creating simple budgets.
This workshop is designed to build familiarity and confidence, rather than advanced technical expertise.
