Project A - Royal Commission Writing Workshop
About
Join us for a guided submission-writing workshop for the Royal Commission into Antisemitism and Social Cohesion, in a warm, supportive and communal setting. This session is open to all who wish to contribute their voice.
You’ll be supported to begin, progress, or complete your submission, with experienced legal, mental health and writing professionals available throughout. The session will include short briefings and a Q&A, followed by dedicated writing time, with facilitators on hand to answer individual questions.
Legal professionals will also be available to advise on confidentiality and anonymity, ensuring you feel informed and comfortable in sharing your perspective.
Please bring your laptop (or preferred writing materials) and a power board so we can create a shared, productive workspace.
We’ll provide practical, guided support to help you write your Royal Commission submission.
You’ll likely leave the evening with your submission completed or close to it.
Please join - it’s critical we as a community get a strong volume of submissions - especially because our opponents will try drown us out.
We all have different experiences to share - it doesn't have to be legal, dramatic or technical.
Just what you have observed and experienced in regards to antisemitism since 7/10, whether you are a Jewish or non Jewish Australian.
We hope to see you there!
