Find your 'Bliss' as we move mindfully, breath deeply & rest peacefully in our Ananda Yoga class. These Wednesday evening sessions focus on releasing tight muscle, reducing stress levels & nourishing tired bodies with the aim of helping you to relax & rest ready for a good nights sleep.Ananda Yoga classes are a combination of slow-flow Vinyasa & gentle Yin Yoga. Each practice is themed using ancient Yogic teachings from the mudras(hand gestures) & pranayam(breath work) to asanas(poses) & savasana(deep rest).
Ananda Yoga classes are welcoming, inclusive spaces. I believe that EveryBODY should be given the opportunity to experience what Yoga has to offer. Yoga shows up differently for each person & that's what makes it so beautiful. I'll offer you the teachings, tools & space to explore what Yoga has to offer & you get to play & explore.
Ananda Yoga classes are held in community centres with accessibility. Bring your own mat & wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. I'll provide all yoga props such as blocks, straps, knee pads & a few extra mats-just in case!
