Mid-week reset - GROOVE & REST - join us as we move, dance, and express ourselves to music. The Groove method is a simple, fun, and freeing, experience that invites you to get out of your head and drop into your body. Guided by simple moves and rhythms, that you then add your own expression & style too. This is a dance and movement experience that you cannot get wrong, because your body already knows how to move.Moving & dancing to a range of different genres and styles of music.
Finished with gentle movement and restorative practices, to invite calm and deep rest.
A chance to express ourselves, release tension, connect to our body, and unwind.
