Join us for a presentation hosted by the Department of Justice and Community Safety on the association between gambling harm and suicide.The presentation will feature an overview of research examining coronial practices and related regulatory and legal issues in the United Kingdom alongside the sharing of the lived experience of the impact of gambling related suicide from Ms Annie Ashton.
Associate Professor Angela Rintoul will provide an outline what is currently known about gambling-related suicide in Victoria and examine the potential for increased recognition of gambling-related suicide.
