Important Booking Information

This is an adults‑only event.

Tables and seating

• Most tables seat 10 guests, with a small number of 12‑seat tables available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
• Tickets are sold as individual seats.
• If you wish to book a full table, please select 10 or 12 tickets in one transaction.
• If a table is not filled, remaining seats may be purchased by other guests.
• The floorplan is available via Ivanhoe Connect Letters.  ​
• Green highlighted tables indicate a 10-seat table. Yellow highlighted tables indicate a 12-seat table. 

Booking with friends

• If you are planning to sit with specific friends, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets together at the same time and agreeing on a table number before booking.

Attending on your own

• If you would like to attend but do not yet know many other parents within the School community, please contact community@ivanhoe.com.au prior to booking. Our team will be happy to assist with suitable seating arrangements.

Dietary requirements

• Dietary requirements are collected at the time of ticket purchase.
• If purchasing tickets on behalf of others, please ensure you have their full name and dietary requirements before booking.
