All SaferBabySEEK (SBS) investigators, collaborators and their colleagues and students are invited to attend 2-hour learning sessions as part of a series of collaborative learning sessions across the SBS team.Health journey mapping is an emerging field of research used to map patient experiences and interactions with healthcare providers, services, and systems. This adaptable tool can identify barriers and enablers, gaps and strategies to improve care and is increasingly being used for quality improvement, reflective practice, education and training.
