Curious if robotics and coding is the right fit for your child?Join us for a hands-on discovery session where kids don’t just watch — they build, code, and bring a robot to life.
This session is designed to give families a real feel for how ThinkerLab works — structured, engaging, and focused on developing problem-solving, focus, and confidence.

Time: 2:15pm – 3:45pm
Student Session: 2:30pm – 3:30pm
Parent Discussion: 3:30pm – 3:45pm
Location: Caroline Springs Library
Ages: 7–14 (Beginner friendly)
Group Size: Small group of 16 kids
Equipment: All robotics equipment provided except laptop
💻 What to Bring
To ensure a smooth, hands-on experience:
Please bring a laptop (fully charged)
Ensure access to: makecode.microbit.org
No prior coding experience required
🤖 What Your Child Will Experience
In this session, students will:
Be introduced to robotics and explore where robots are used in real life
Build and interact with a Pet Rover robot
Learn the basics of coding using micro:bit
Create their first simple program
Apply their learning through a fun interactive quiz and mini challenge
