About
Sound & Spirit are delighted to return to Tocal Homestead, inviting you to gather beneath the 200-year-old Banyan Tree one last time before we pause for winter — an afternoon of sound, stillness, and connection with nature.
🌳🌅 🎶
Meditation, sound, and the natural surroundings gently weave together, guiding you into a deeply restorative and multi-layered sensory experience. 🎶🧘♀️✨
Guided by Alex & Steph, you’ll be immersed in a rich soundscape of live-looped music, traditional sound healing instruments, and gentle meditation.
In combination with the natural environment, this becomes a truly unique and grounding experience — one that invites you to slow down, soften, and simply be. 🧘♀️🧘♂️🎶
