📅 Event Check-In & Entry Time:
Gates will open at 4:00pm 🕓 each day of the event. We respectfully request all attendees to arrive on time and complete check-in promptly so that everyone may settle peacefully before the Hari Charcha begins.
📲 Booking Confirmation:
To ensure smooth entry, Please keep your QR code ready either printed or saved on your mobile. 📱 We recommend taking a screenshot to avoid a last-minute search at the gate. 📸
🚉 Nearby Metro Stations: The venue is easily accessible via public transport. Nearby Metro Stations are Laverton and Aircraft.
🚶 Walking Distance: The venue is just a short, flat walk from either station. Follow the signs upon exiting the platform.
🚗 Parking Information:
Please note that car parking 🅿️at the venue is limited. You may park off-street near the venue in accordance with VicRoads and local council parking regulations. We recommend checking signage and guidelines upon arrival to ensure smooth and safe parking. Under no circumstances should vehicles be parked in the bus depot area or designated bus bays.🚫
🏛️ Venue Hall:
As per the hall hire rules, no food or drink is strictly allowed inside the venue hall. 🚫🥤 Shoes are not allowed inside the venue hall. 👟❌
🍲 Prasadam:
Prasad will be served around 8pm as a takeaway, 🥡 as no food consumption is allowed inside the premises due to the hall hire regulations. 🙏

* Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.
* Please take care of your valuables, including mobile phones and personal belongings.
* Devotees are respectfully requested not to touch Maharaj Ji’s charan.
* Kindly maintain respectful distance and offer pranam from afar.

* Attendees traveling from interstate or overseas are responsible for coordinating their own transportation and accommodation.
