Free Studio Pilates Orientation Session
About
The Orientation Work Out is 45 minutes, starting with a 20 minute session where we run you through how the reformers work, the correct spinal positions for exercises, how to engage our pelvic floor and transverse abdominis muscles.Then we have a 25 minute work out with one of our instructors.
A few reminders before your first class -
✔️Arrive just 5 minutes early
✔️Always bring socks
✔️Wear comfortable exercise clothes
✔️Don’t forget, it takes between 8-10 classes to master the method!
