This parent workshop will explore how technology, social media, and online platforms are shaping the way children think, feel and interact.Join us as we unpack the teenage brain, the role of algorithms and dopamine, and the benefits and challenges of digital media. This session will also provide practical strategies to help you support your child in developing healthy, balanced technology habits.
Designed for parents and caregivers, this is an opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and gain a deeper understanding of your child’s digital world.
