The Introduction to HealthRoster training is designed to equip managers, supervisors and roster creators with the essential skills needed to use NSW Health’s rostering system effectively. The training covers how to navigate HealthRoster, manage staff rosters, approve leave, review staffing levels, and apply award and compliance rules.It includes a combination of a short face to face session and self paced online modules, giving participants both practical experience and foundational system knowledge. The goal is to ensure managers feel confident and prepared to oversee workforce scheduling and operational requirements ahead of the system transition.
