Entree - Gianni's Restaurant | Polette Chef special pork and fennel meatballs, basil & granda padano w/ crusty sourdough
Main - Zenith Cafe | 6hr slow braised Beef Cheeks, Truffle Mash, Palermo style caponata, honey glazed heirloom carrots & port wine jus reduction
Dessert & Last Venue - Scoop & Roll | Double Scoop of any two flavours & a topping, or a Sundae
