We’re getting rid of five level crossings in Melbourne’s inner west – in Newport, Altona, Spotswood and Yarraville – boosting safety and easing congestion.We're removing the Hudsons Road, Spotswood level crossing by building a rail bridge over the road. We'll also build a brand-new Spotswood Station with modern facilities for passengers.
In June, we're holding community information sessions for the Spotswood level crossing removal. Everyone is welcome to attend, meet members of the project team and ask questions about the project.
