Sharing stories close to our hearts and stories that reach back centuries connects human souls across time and place. To be enveloped in the sound of human voices is to be reminded of the beauty within our world.This season, Fusion takes that experience one step further, travelling to Toowoomba to join forces with Monday Nights, directed by Dr Ben Harris and Andrew Train. Together, these two ensembles will weave a program that spans eras and cultures — a celebration of the shared human experience through song.
Each choir brings its own favourites to the stage, culminating in a powerful joint performance of Blake Morgan’s arrangement of Shall We Gather at the River? — a moment of unity and reflection, where past and present harmonize as one.
