Volunteer Management & Membership Recruiting - Workshop #1
The Wyndham City Council together with Leisure Networks is offering a four-part practical training series designed to support community sports clubs with today’s biggest challenges – volunteers, inclusion and long-term planning. Each workshop is hands-on, relevant and tailored to grassroots sport. All sessions are free as they are subsidised by Wyndham City Council.
Learn how to attract, support and retain the people who keep your club running.
You will learn:
- How to recruit volunteers
- Simple ways to match people to the right roles
- Practical membership growth and retention strategies
- How to create a positive volunteer experience that lasts
