Join us as we kick off the 2025 Vision Splendid Outback Film Festival in style at our Official Gala Opening. Think Hollywood in the Outback. The evening begins with nibbles, drinks and live entertainment at the Waltzing Matilda Centre. Dress to impress and get ready to walk the red carpet.

At 6:15 PM, you will be escorted down Elderslie Street to the Royal Theatre for a special 40th-anniversary screening of Crocodile Dundee. Then, settle into your seat… and let the festival begin!

The Gala Ticket includes access to the Saturday night film at the theatre, so there is no need to purchase separate tickets. Your ticket includes nibbles, entertainment and a drink on arrival. A cash bar will be available.
