Does your daughter struggle with friendship ups and downs?In this fun and interactive 3-hour workshop, she’ll learn how to make and keep great friends, set healthy boundaries, and handle friendship challenges with confidence!
This evidence-based program is specifically designed to help young girls navigate the complexities of social dynamics, helping them build the confidence and skills needed to foster genuine, lasting connections.

•identify own friendship values and qualities.
Fighting Fair
•what boundaries are and how to set healthy boundaries in friendships
•how to communicate in a healthy way, using “I feel” and “I’m sorry” messages
•how to resolve conflict
Gratitude, Empathy & Mindfulness (G.E.M.)
•understand the importance of gratitude, empathy and mindfulness
•practise random acts of kindness
Best Friends (be your own BFF)
•identify own strengths and gifts
•recognise that being a good friend starts within
•learn how to use positive affirmations to build confidence
🎨 PLUS ART & CRAFT and an activity booklet to take home
This workshop is facilitated by Jessica Salem from The Sunflower Studio Adl.
Jessica is a registered teacher with almost 20 years of experience. As your workshop facilitator, she is dedicated to supporting young people. Her workshops encourage children to develop resilience, healthy mental and emotional practices for their personal growth.
