Our Local FIRM is a group of business owners and managers who get together for lunch each month to share news, views, opportunities and challenges in business and life. We have the golden rule of "no selling" - we are there for the Fun, Inspiration, Relationships and Meaning because they are what the group is all about. At each lunch, we have a discussion on a particular subject of common interest and we collect songs from you to put on our Youtube Music playlists for everyone to enjoy. This month, we are exploring our Superpowers with Peter Maguire and Catie Paterson. We are asking everyone to do the VIA Character Strengths Survey and then share your report with Peter so that he can construct an Our Local FIRM Superpowers Profile. We will use that to have a discussion about our strengths, how we see them in play in our lives and in business and why strengths practice can be good for you and your business. Plus the playlist this month is Fun songs, ones that get your toe tapping or inspire a breakout of dancing or laughter or....well, they're just FUN.Location
