(WiR), celebrating the achievements and career journeys of women working across the Northern Territory’s resource sectors, including mining, construction, oil & gas, logistics, and support services.The event features a panel of female industry leaders sharing practical career insights, professional development advice, and perspectives on diversity and inclusion. Guests can expect great food, relaxed networking, local entertainment, and gift bags showcasing locally sourced products.

WiR is a not‑for‑profit organisation dedicated to supporting and promoting women in the Northern Territory’s resource industries. Their mission includes creating networking and development opportunities, facilitating industry information exchange, promoting resources as a career of choice, and helping companies attract and retain women in their workforce.
