Whether you are looking to be guided by experienced UP professionals or ready to give back as a mentor, this program is a powerful way to grow — personally and professionally.
The UPAV Mentoring Program is a structured and tailored initiative designed using a collegiate mentoring model to support UPAV members in Victoria. The program facilitates both one-on-one and small group mentoring engagements, enabling mentees to meaningfully connect with mentors for guidance, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
