We are very sorry to announce that we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s ‘Lost in the FoG’ Barossa Festival at Alkina on 22/23 August.We have not been able to sell enough tickets to make the event viable. This is a great disappointment to all of us but we couldn’t press forward if we felt there was no chance the Festival could deliver what is promised – crowds, atmosphere, happy winemakers and wine tasters. If you join the Alkina mailing list (link to our website) or are already signed up, you’ll be the first to hear about future events.

Is it a family friendly event?
Yes absolutely. Of course wine tasting and purchase will only be available to those who are over 18 years of age, but kids are very welcome and there will be food and soft drinks to cater for them.
How do the One Day and Weekend Passes work?
All single General Admission tickets are for one day only, which you can choose as you purchase. If you buy a Weekend Pass, this will allow entry to both days of the Festival, and tastings of all of the participating wineries.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket gives you entry to the event, wine tastings with all the participating producers and a delicious lunch snack - our famous Choripan cooked over fire.
