A slow, grounding practice combining Yin Yoga and acupuncture.
Designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore energy.
All closing with a nourishing sweet moment, tea, chocolate, and space for Q&A with acupuncturist Elissa Pelling.
Open to all women, in every season of life. Mamas to be, already mothers, freshly in or long time after postpartum. Come exactly as you are.
Thoughtful modifications for pregnancy & any stage of postpartum bodies will be offered.
Intimate session, limited spaces.

About Acupuncture:
Acupuncture is a gentle healing practice within Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Using fine, single-use needles placed on specific points to support the flow of Qi (energy).
In Yin & Pin, acupuncturist Elissa carefully selects points to enhance relaxation and support wellbeing through pregnancy and any stage of postpartum. Helping to bring the body back into balance and ease a range of physical and emotional tensions.
About Yin Yoga:
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for longer periods
to target deep connective tissues, improve mobility, and support nervous system regulation.
Thoughtful modifications for pregnancy & any stage of postpartum bodies will be offered.
We’ll close this session with tea and chocolate, space to connect, unwind, and an opportunity to ask Elissa any questions.
Acupuncturist and Doctor of Chinese Medicine, Elissa Pelling, will share how acupuncture and Chinese medicine can support you through pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, and hormonal changes. Elissa practises at Nimbus Byron Bay and the Health Cove, Cabarita Beach.
