Twist & bake ... pretzel making

In this fun class, I will show you how to make an iconic German baked good - the PRETZEL! You will have plenty of opportunity to practise shaping pretzels and you will also learn how to make pretzel dough, so you can create these famous twisted dough shapes at home and delight your family and friends.

Apart from being fun, the class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate the recipe at home. The small class size (maximum of 6 participants) ensures plenty of opportunity for questions to maximise your learning experience.

Cost and Inclusions

$80 per person plus booking fees. Hands-on class, duration of approx. 2 1/2 - 3 hours. You take home some pretzels and the fresh dough that you make, as well as the recipe, and we will sample the pretzels at the end of the class.

While many specific dietary needs can be addressed by adjusting recipes somewhat, this may not always be feasible and will not be possible on the day. A refund will not be available for a failure to communicate any specific dietary requirements that may then lead to an inability to participate in the class.
