Joe Rose — Principal Solicitor, Rose Legal
Joe is a recognised legal cost expert with over 15 years’ experience in cost recovery and assessments across Australia and the UK. Joe is regularly instructed as a costs expert in gross sum and lump sum applications in Victoria, the Federal Court and other jurisdictions throughout Australia. He oversees a team of 10 solicitors, costs lawyers and costs consultants in preparing Bills of Costs, Certificates of Assessment, objections and all other documents. Joe also advises both law firms and in-house legal teams on invoicing practices and strategies for compliance and cost management. His expertise has resulted in legal costs precedents being set, while advising law firms and clients in the background and preparing supporting documents in cases.
