Dr Grant Bickerton (PhD, MPsych (Couns)) is a senior psychologist working in private practice at Solid Rock Psychology, with 25 years of full-time Christian ministry experience across Australia and the Middle East. Over the past 15 years, he has specialised in the psychological assessment and occupational well-being of ministry candidates. A widely published researcher in the psychology of religion, Grant’s work integrates occupational factors, individual psychological characteristics, and spiritual variables that relate to well-being and distress in ministry. He has taught doctoral-level courses on well-being at Ridley College and Eastern University, blending clinical practice with empirical research.
