In this 3-hour experiential workshop for adults (16+ years), you will be guided through a series of therapeutic sand tray processes designed to support self-reflection, emotional expression, and gentle insight. No artistic skill is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
What is Sand Tray Therapy?
Sand tray therapy is a powerful, non-verbal therapeutic approach developed by Dora Kalff and inspired by the work of Carl Jung. Using miniature objects and sand, we create symbolic worlds that reflect our inner experiences—often revealing what words alone cannot.
