We’ll begin with a slow, gentle yoga flow, moving with the breath to release tension from the body, followed by an immersive sound healing to calm the mind and support deep relaxation.
After the practice, you’ll transition into sauna and ice bath, allowing you to experience the powerful benefits of contrast therapy—supporting recovery, circulation, and nervous system regulation.
This is your time to step away from the noise, reset your body and mind, and leave feeling grounded, clear and recharged.
