About
The Guardian Girls™ Self-Defence program is a gender-based violence prevention initiative empowering adolescent girls and women through martial arts. At Battistello Karate, the 4 Week course will focus on self-defence and awareness—not just physically, but also emotionally and mentally. Through this training, participants will develop confidence, resilience, and essential skills to recognize, prevent, and respond to forms of violence. This session reinforces the power of karate as a tool for personal empowerment and safety, fostering inner strength.Participants should attend with comfortable clothing that allows them to move around freely during class.
