Anxiety to Anchored is a faith-integrated mental health series—bringing together thoughtful psychology and compassionate spirituality to help you understand anxiety, tend to your nervous system, and grow into a more grounded, resilient faith.

Name what’s happening within you—exploring the nervous system and how God meets you with compassion in the midst of anxiety.
✨ Week 2 – Grounding & Regulation
Learn simple, embodied practices to settle anxiety, discovering a faith that is steady, present, and lived in the body—not just the mind.
✨ Week 3 – Integration & Growth
Explore post-traumatic growth, long-term steadiness, and hear from a panel on how faith sustains us over time.
