A beautiful way to spend a Sunday afternoon, resting and remembering the subtle forces of our existence.
Please bring a pillow, a blanket and optionally and eye pillow. We provide the rest.
Delicious chai and tasty homemade cake is served after the soundbath, so you can reground and integrate and have a lovely chat if you wish.
