oin us for a one-day menopause support workshop designed to inform, connect, and empower women navigating all stages of perimenopause and menopause.This free workshop will be held on Sunday 7 June 2026, from 9:00am to 3:30pm at the Music Loft, Ayr Library.
It is open to any woman who may be experiencing—or suspect they are experiencing—the effects of hormonal changes. The day will provide practical information, supportive conversations, and a safe, welcoming space to learn and connect with others.
