Bring your dear mama, or send her on over, to join Meredith on Mother's Day for a morning of vibrational harmony and relaxation.The event will take place at a private location under the mountain, surrounded by the peace of the forest, in a cosy building ten minutes from the township of Sheffield.
Beginning with a fully guided Yoga Nidra (known as the meditation for divine sleep), participants will then be guided to completely let go and be enveloped with divine frequencies of instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, voice, flute, chimes, and more.

NB: to reach the healing space, a flight of stairs will need to be climbed. No wheelchair access.
The driveway to the property is a steep dirt road, approximately 250metres.
Refund policy: No refunds available, but tickets can be transferred to a later event if more than 24 hours notice are given. Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to event do not qualify for a transfer unless the spot can be filled. Please reach out.
